| ObjectiveCervical spondylosis(CS)is one of the commom diseases and frequently encountered diseases of orthopedics department.It can cause nerve damaged irreversibility even jeaopardise the life.It has endangered the people's physical and mental health seriously. Epidemiology is invesigated to find that the incidence rate of the cervical spondylosis is increasing progressively at double with growth of age.Many reasons may cause the symptoms of cervical spondylosis,such as:the loosenss between centrums,the osteophyte around the edge of centrum,protrusion of intervertebral disc.Nerve root type cervical vertebra's disease is one of the commonest type ervical vertebra's illnesse. We have two choices in cervical spondylosis treatment:non-operation and operation. Most of patients choose non-operation because non-operation can relieve the symptoms.only few need surgery when they still feel uncomfortable after receiving non-operation.Non-operation has many advantages,such as:small pain,less complications,easy acceptance,affirmative effects and low cost.The reseach discussed the curative effect of herb,hauling treatment and comprehensive treatment on CS.The reseaeh searched the normal non-operation treatment used by traditional Chinese medicine.So the research can offer the theoretical foundation on the choice treatment method during the process of comprehensive treatment on CS,which can treat CS efficiently,prevent recurrence of CS.MethodsFrom March 2006 to August 2007,we gathered 150 cases which were patients on CS,who came from the hospital of Xiangfan affiliated to the Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.All of them were divided into three group at random according to the treating order.Each group had 50 cases.The observation group has 21 men and 29 women.The patients of observation group were from 18 to 70 years old.The comparison group A has 21 men and 29 women.The patients of comparison group A were from 18 to 70 years old.The comparison group B has 17 men and 33 women.The patients of observation group B were from 18 to 70 years old.The sex and age were no significant statistical difference(P＞0.05)between the there groups by X~2 examination.The three groups were comparative.The observation group receive decubitus hauling treatment and medicine pillow packed by herb. The comparison group A receive decubitus hauling treatment.The comparison group B receive seat hauling treatment.All patients were treated by massage.Sterilization pain-relieving pieces were raked when the patients feel the pain is stronger.The course of treatment was 30 days.They were treated 2 courses.Result1.the comparison after two months:there is no significant difference in the rate of cure and total efficiency between the observation group and the comparison group A.there is significant difference in the rate of cure and total efficiency between the observation group and the comparison group B.there is no significant difference in the rate of cure and total efficiency between the comparison group A and the comparison group B.2.the comparison after two months:there is significant difference in the rate of cure and total efficiency between the observation group and the comparison group A.there is significant difference in the rate of cure and total efficiency between the observation group and the comparison group B.there is no significant difference in the rate of cure and total effieiency between the comparison group A and the comparison group B.the rate of cure and total efficiency in the comprehensive group has the rise tendency.Conclusion1.The rate of cure and total efficiency in the comprehensive group is higher than the comparison groups.the treatment of the comprehensive group is better than he comparison groups on improving the patients' symptom and life quality.2.There is no significant difference in the rate of cure and total efficiency between the decubitus hauling treatment and the seat hauling trearment,but the decubitus hauling treatment is accepted easily.Forecast1.The treatment can adjust the patient's bad posture and the condition of the disharmony,so that it can improve the patient's symptom and life quality.2.The curative effect at a specified future date of the treatment is better,and the treatment can reduce the disease recrudescence.Subject wordsNerve root type cervical vertebra's diseaseHauling treatmentMedicine pillow packed by herb... |
