We used the fresh fruits of Hippophae Rhamboides.L,extracted these fruits by alcohol and filtered and then consentrated the liquid to yeild extractum.The extractum was suspended between the water and petroleum benzin,chloroform,acetoacetate and n-butanal sequentially to get four fractions.Fourteen compounds were isolated from the fresh fruits of Hippophae Rhamboides.L by using chromatographies such as silicgel column,Sephadex LH-20,ODS column and PHPLC column.T he structures of 14 compounds were identified by analysis of their spectral data and chemical properties.Four compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.These known structures were identified asβ-sitosterol(1),stigmasterol(2),oleanolic acid (3),daucostetol(4),5-hydromethylfurfural(5),kaempferol(6),quercetin(7), quercetin-7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside(8),2-hydroxy-succinic acid-4-methylester(9), 3-hydroxy-succinic acid-4-met-hylester(10),γ-N-(2-furoylmethyl)aminobutyric acid(11), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(12),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(13),quinic acid(14).Among them, the compounds 9~12 were isolated from this genus for the first time.These compounds mentioned above consists of three flavones,two fatty acid esters,one triterpenes,three sterines,two phenolic acid,one fatty acid compound and two heterocycle compounds.
