Clinical Observation On Acupoint Injection Jiaji Treatment Of Primary Osteoporosis, Low Back Pain

ObjectiveTo observe clinical therapeutic effect of primary osteoporosis treated with acupointinjection of Jiaji points, and to observe clinical therapeutic effect of acupointinjection of Jiaji points on pain in waist and lower extremities due to primary osteoporosis. And the influence on the bone mass density(BMD), alkaline Phosphatase(ALP), Calcium and Phosphonium in the blood, Calcium/Creatinine (Ca/Cr) in the Urine, and the cumulative scores of pain. To discuss the therapeutic mechanism of primary osteoporosis improved with acupointinjection of Jiaji points. And offer the basis of clinical treatment about primary osteoporosis treated with acupointinjection of Jiaji points.MethodsAll 90 Target of studying is the patients who go to the clinic of the hospital. All of them are made a definite diagnosis of POP. Ninty patients were divided randomly into Jiaji points group, Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group, and Medicament group, with 30 cases in each group. Changes of their BMD , alkaline Phosphatase,Calcium and Phosphonium in the blood, Calcium/Creatinine in the Urine,and cumulative scores of pain after treatment were investigated.ResultsThe treatment of Jiaji points group, Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group, and Medicament group is effective. the Jiaji points group and onifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group show a significant difference in the total effective rate(P<0. 05); and the difference between onifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group and the medicalment group is very significant (P<0. 01); the contrast between the Jiaji points group and the medicalment group do not show significant difference. It is show that the jiaji group has the best curative effect.The contrast of the pain grades in all the three groups: before and after the therapies, the pain grades of patients in each group can have a significant difference. After the therapies, we compare the jiaji points group with Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group and with Medicament group separately to have the difference between pain grades. Both the difference results have shown significant levels(P<0.01).By the comparison between Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group and Medicament group,the difference is also signcificant (P<0.01). It is show that as to the analgesia effect, the jiaji points group is the best, and the Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group is better than the medicament group.The contrast of the BMD in all the three groups: Before and after the therapies, the difference of BMP value in the jiaji points group is very significant (P<0. 01), and the medicament group has significant difference (P<0. 05) as well as Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group. After the therapies, the difference between the jiaji points group and the medicament group is very significant (P<0. 01),and Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen group is significantly different from the medicament group (P<0. 05). It is show that the jiaji points group ameliorates BMD the best.The contrast of ALP in blood: after the therapies, all the 3 groups have got some augmentation. Before and after the therapies, there is no signicifant difference in every group (P>0.5). Consider: the insignificance is possibly due to the too short duration of the therapies.The contrast of Ca and P in blood: After the therapies, all the three groups can improve Ca concentration and diminish P concentration. As to the augement of Ca and diminution fo P in blood, the difference between the jiaji points group and the medicament group is significant(P<0. 05). It is show that the jiaji points group adapt the metabolization of Ca and P in a certain extent.The contrast of Ca/Cr in urine: Every group of the three can diminish Ca/Cr in urine after the therapies without significant difference (P>0. 05). All the three groups can adapt the osseous metabolization by diminution of Ca/Cr in urine.ConclusionAcupointinjection has definite therapeutic effect on primary osteoporosis, and the analgestic effect at injecting Jiaji points is better than injecting the points of Tonifying the kidney and strengthening the spleen, and Medicament group .
