Objective: It aims to compare the clinical therapeutic effect between acupuncture Jiaji points and back-shu points on the waist in treating lumbar disc herniation by comparing clinical efficacy and EMG and want to provide some objective basis for optimization of lumbar disc herniation acupuncture program. Methods: 60 patients with LDH met the selection criteria of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 1: 1 ratio. Observation group received acupuncture Jiaji points treatment, control group received acupuncture back-shu points treatment, therapy once a day, 6 days a week treatment for a course of treatment, between treatment interval of 1 day, a total of for 2 courses. Observing two groups' clinical efficacy and occurrence rate of F wave, motion amplitude of the common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve at the end of treatment. Results: 1.Inside groups comparison:Two groups' VAS scores and F wave occurrence rate, motion amplitude of the common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve have significant differences(P <0.05) at the end of treatment.2. Two groups comparison: After treatment, two groups' more significant rate, VAS scores, F wave occurrence rate of the common peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve, motion amplitude of common peroneal nerve have significant differences(P <0.05), motion amplitude of posterior tibial nerve has no significant difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture Jiaji points and back-shu points on the waist have a significant effect in threating lumbar disc herniation; but acupuncture Jiaji points on LDH relieve pain and neurological recovery superior to acupuncture back-shu points. |
