Clinical Research, Since The Intended Tong Luo Tang Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke (wind Phlegm Card)

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of treatment for apoplexy with Zinitongluotang(自拟通络汤);Methods:Sixty cases of apoplexy were randomly divided into an acupuncture group and a drug control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the acupuncture group were treated with Zinitongluotang(自拟通络汤),150ml each time,2 times a day;the patients in the control group were treated with Xinnaoshutong capsule(心脑èˆ'通胶囊),3 each time,3 times a day;The trad symptom integral and The scores of functional damage integration before and after treatment were recorded.Results:After treatment for 28 days,Zinitongluotang(自拟通络汤) could improve_apoplexy symptom,physical sign of patient obviously.according_analysis of statistics,defects in the neural function of apoplexy,the treatment group reached 90.0%,while that of the control group was 73.3%.Clinical differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Improve syndrome, the treatment group reached 90.0%,while that of the control group was 83.3%.Clinical differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).the treatment group was better than the control therapy.Conclusion:Zinitongluotang has effective therapeutic on apoplexy,and clinical curative effect is superior to Xinnaoshutong capsule.The two kinds of medicines can improve patient's Chinese medicine disease and neural function effectively,but Zinitongluotang superior to Xinnaoshutong capsule.This medicine has reliable curation,have value of studying and develop traditional Chinese medicine preparation of the prospect very much,is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
