Liver Granule The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis Mechanism Of Action Of Toxic Elimination

Objective:In order to observe the effect of Duxiao Ganqing Keli which fluences liver function consisting of ALT,AST,TBIL,GGT,ALP,LPSin the animal model of experimental Chronic Hepatitis in mice and effect of carbon particle propelling detection to observe the propellent function of small intestine in mice after Duxiao Ganqing Keli's treatment.Methods:1.Sixty healthy three-month-old Kunming mice were divided into six groups of ten as following:normal control group,model control group,high-dosage treatment group,middle-dosage treatment group,low-dosage treatment group,Lactitol positive control group.Methods To induce the Chronic Hepatitis the mice were given intraperitoneal injection with CCL4 for seven weeks,and the drugs Duxiao Ganqing Keli were given to the latter three groups and Lactitol until fourth week.2.After the last time of giving medicine,mice of each group were forbidden to eat for twelve hours.Then took the blood sample through the mice's abdominal aorta and weight their livers.Through the examining on the chronic liver injury mice's ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL,LPS to explore the function of Duxiao Ganqing Keli on protecting liver,lowering LPSand preventing liver damage.3.Observe the effect of carbon particle propelling detection to observe the propellent function of small intestine in mice after Duxiao Ganqing Keli's treatment.Conclusion:1,Each dosage of Duxiao Ganqing Keli can lower the rising of the mice's ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,TBIL caused by CCL4,and can lower the rising of the mice's LPS caused by CCL4.The curing intensity id related to concentration and the statistics shows that the high-dosage treatment group has better curative than the others.All of above shows that Duxiao Ganqing Keli has an good effect on curing chronic liver injury.2,The effect on the peristalsis experimental mice model after Duxiao Ganqing Keli's treatment:The treatment groups are better than the contrast group in the carbon powder's advance percentage(P＜0.01,P＜0.05).The midst,large dose of Duxiao Ganqing Keli have remarkable significance in contrast with positive group.There is preferable effect of intestinal peristalsis to Duxiao Ganqing Keli.3.Duxiao Ganqing Keli is a sort of active drug used to prevention and cure the chronic hepatitis,and is worthy of further study and development.
