Treat the sample which the seed has been plasma radial irradiation and the un irradiation with the method of transonic extraction,measure total ginsenosides with the method of colorimetry,measure the monomer ginsenoside with the method of HPLC-UV system.The content of ginsenosides showed normal distribution with the increase of current.Total content of ginsenosides is relative high at current intensity of 1.1~1.5 A;the content of main monomer ginsenosides is obviously increased,Put organic fertilizers combine with special crop liquid in after used cropland to survey the function of organic fertilizer and compare with unfertilized sample,organic fertilizers has simulative effect to promote the amount of ginsenoside.Optimize the concoct method of process panax ginseng.By use the unique method to process the red Korea ginseng and candied ginseng.The red ginseng optimum concocts conditions are as follows:heighten the temperature from 20℃to 100℃in one hour;braise the stream temperature from 20℃to 100℃,within 50 minute.Take the ginseng out of heating oven after concoct.Drying at the condition of 50℃.The concoct production with condition have bright colored.The ginsenoside content is relative high.Optimize the ginsenoside extract and HPLC-ESI-MS condition,by using the total ion current chromatography can compare the 40 ginsenoside component in red ginseng with panax ginseng.By using HPLC-ESI-MS and HPLC-ESI-MS/MS~n can determine 10 acetyl-ginsenoside which scarcely reported:isomeric compound of acetyl-Re/Rd(MW=988) and isomeric compound of Rs1 or Rs2(MW=1120).By using the HPLC-ESI-MS can compare the difference of red ginseng and panax ginseng directly.By using source CID,ESI-MSn and retention time can identify The total ion current chromatography peak of isomeric compound. tn the aspact of Ginseng deep-processing,candy ginseng have bright color,taste fresh,high content of ginsenosides,2%,and easy to save preserved.Korea ginseng have uniform color, Flex moderate,with the unique smell of ginseng,ginsenoside almost no losses at Process, ginsenoside content is 3%,as the same content of ginseng.And easy to preserve.By using HPLC-MS to observe high temperature treat fresh ginseng to the effect of ginsenoside changes,results show that ginseng in high temperature treatment in the process of ginsenoside Re,Rg1,Rf,Rb1,Rg2,Rc,Rb2,Rd,Ro reduced,generated very little content in fresh ginseng of Rg6,F4,Rk3,Rh4,20S-Rg3,20R-Rg3,Rk1,Rg5,and by use of mass spectrometry and ginsenoside structure to analysis the principle of reaction The principle is ginsenoside 20-tert-carbon sugar is instability,20-tert-carbon sugar is hydrolysised by high temperature treatment,and with dehydration reaction,generated only in three or six connection Sugar-based sub-saponin,generating sub-saponin also have not saturated the ginsenoside.The fingerprint play more and more important role in the identification of Chinese herbs. The article established the fingerprint of Panax ginseng,quinquefolium,Glehniae and Platycodon grandiflorum using HPLC and ESI-MS techniques.By compare the fingerprint difference between two Chinese herbs,Panax ginseng and Platycodon grandiflorum can be identified.Moreover,the establishing of ESI-MS fingerprint is very simple,fast,sensitive,stable and accurate.So the ESI-MS fingerprint has wider practical value.
