Through the ginseng pollen material base of research, initially established a ginseng pollen quality standard. Describes the ginseng of pollen microscopic characteristics and thin-layer chromatography characteristics, its moisture, total ash, acid of insoluble ash, crude fat the average contents of 6.51%, 2.55%, respectively; 5.43% 1.36%, By uv-vis spectrophotometry to ginseng pollen soluble protein, total saponins, total phosphatide, dual-wavelengh tlc-scanning average content, the result is 0.541%, respectively, 0.31% 4.29% With high separating degree fast performance liquid chromatography (RRLC) method for the determination of quercetin, shaddock skin for the content of mangiferin 0.245 mg/g, 0.0925 mg/g. Gas chromatography mass spectrometry (gc-ms) technology was separated and identified, 6 kinds of fatty acids were identified and determined the relative content, and the results show that, the ginseng pollen polyunsaturated fatty acid content is higher, including linolenic acid relative content for 68.70%.The orthogonal design method is used to ginseng bee &flower pink yellow ketone and polysaccharide extracting process, using uv-vis spectrophotometry respectively by ginseng pollen flavone and the content of the polysaccharide evaluation index analysis. Analysis results show that the three kinds of edible fungi deep fermentation can make pollen broken walls, and pollen broken wall ratio can reach up to 80%, including the wall rate is best, mushroom pollen amount of pollen the wall have certain effect, the amount is 3%, pH for 6, fermentation, 7 days the wall best effect.Apply high separating degree fast performance liquid chromatography (RRLC) analysis ginseng pollen in natural fermentation before and after processing saponins changes, the results indicate that the natural after fermentation ginseng pollen in the change in the composition of the class saponins are different. Using uv-vis spectrophotometry respectively on different concentrations ginseng extract on clear alcohol pollen DPPH radical ability and inhibit tyrosinase activity were determined, and the ability of using high separating degree fast performance liquid chromatography (RRLC) method, analysis ethanol-extraction content cleared the main composition of free radicals DPPH, ginseng pollen ethanol-extraction content of tyrosinase activity, there exist certain inhibition, and with the increase of concentration significantly enhanced, when the concentration of 1.50 mg/l was achieved the highest inhibition rate for 80.4 %, Explore ginseng pollen polysaccharids immune system.notable anti-fatigue, anticlotting capacity role. Adopts 6 ZhouLing clean level kunming mice were randomly divided into normal saline groups, ginseng positive control group, polysaccharide high, medium and low dose group of 5 groups, by mice swimming test, immune organ quality and capillaries used to observe ginseng pollen polysaccharide anti-fatigue, enhancing immune function and anticlotting capacity. Results show that ginseng pollen polysaccharide can improve the mice to resist fatigue, immune ability and anticlotting.
