Chanshu Particles Regulate Postpartum Depression In Rat Monoamine Neurotransmitters In The Mechanism

Objective:To observe the effect of adjustment of the neurotransum of the postpartum depression modle rats by the Chanshu Granule which can supplement deficiency and resolvent stasis.To prove the theory of TCM that "more deficiency and stasis after postpartum" is not only the basic natural change of puerperal period women,but also the basic pathogenesis of puerperal period diseases,and can provide preliminary evidence for "supplement of deficiency and resolvent stasis" is treatment to puerperal period diseases,and can provide idears for treating puerperal period diseases by TCM theory.Methods:Animals were made of postpartum depression modle.After given the Chanshu Granule to examin the concentration of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),noradrenaline(NE) and dopamine(DA)of the postpartum depression modle rats at the 30^th day and 45^th day.Blood deficiency modle and Qi deficiency and blood stagnation modle preparation of experimental animals is applied to observe the effect of Chanshu Granule on supplement of deficiency and resolvent stasis and enhance immunity of nominal rats.Results:With postpartum depression modle at the 30^th day the concentration of 5-HT of Amitriptyline group,Chanshu Granule 14.0g crude drugs/kg group and ChanshudGranule 7.0g crude drugs/kg group was increasd compared to modle group(P＜0.05).At the 45^th day the concentration of 5-HT of Chanshu Granule 7.0g crude drugs/kg group was significantly increased compared to modle group (P＜0.05).2,Amitriptyline group,Chanshu Granule 14.0g crude drugs/kg group and ChanshudGranule 7.0g crude drugs/kg group had no significantly effect to the concentration of noradrenaline(NE) and dopamine(DA) at the 30^th day and 45^th day.3,Amitriptyline group, Chanshu Granule 14.0g crude drugs/kg group and ChanshudGranule 7.0g crude drugs/kg group had no significantly effect to the concentration of dopamine(DA) at the 30^th day and 45^th day.4,Chanshu Granule can increase the hemoglobin(Rb) and the number of red blood cell(RBC) of blood deficiency rats,and also reduce the blood viscosity and the packed cell volume of Qi deficiency and blood stagnation rats significantly,promote the cleaning up carbon particle of rats significantly.Conclusion:Chanshu Granule has significantly effect on anti postpartum depression,and supplement of deficiency and resolvent stasis and improvement of immunization.
