The Clinical Study About Shuganjianpi Qingrelishi Treatment's Effect On The Serum TC,TG Of The Blood Lipids In The Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Of Liver Depression Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis Damp-Heat Stagnation Syndrome

Objectives:Observe the effect of Shuganjianpi Qingrelishi treament on the serum TC,TG of the blood lipids in the nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of liver depression spleen deficiency and blood stasis damp-heat stagnation syndrome.Methods:80 cases of NASH of liver depression spleen deficiency and blood stasis damp-heat stagnation syndrome were divided into two groups randomly.40 cases in trial group(Shuganjianpi Qingrelishi treament).40 cases in conrtol group(Dongbaogantai tablet treament),the period of treatment was 8 weeks.Investigating the improvement of blood lipids between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of improvement of blood lipids in the trial group is 81.58%after treatment,while it is 66.67%in the control group,the difference between the two groups is significant(P＜0.05),and it is better in the trial group than in the control group;Serum TG,TC had been improved in varying degrees in both groups after treatment,there was significant difference between before and after treatment in each group(P＜0.01);The effects of the serum TG,TC were same in both groups after treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).For the serum TG,The effective rate of improvement of serum TG in the trial group is 81.58%after treatment,while it is 53.85%in the control group,the difference between the two groups is significant(P＜0.05);For the serum TC,there was 24 cases were abnormal in the trial group before treatment,the effective rate of improvement of serum TC of the 24 cases was70.83%after treatment,while there was 18 cases were abnormal in the control group before treatment,the effective rate of improvement of serum TC of the 18 cases was 55.56%after treatment,There was no significant difference between the two groups(P＞0.05).During the period of the clinical study has not adverse events and adverse reaction occurred. Conclusion:Integrated Shuganjianpi Qingrelishi treament could improve the serum TC,TG of the blood lipids in the nonalcoholic steatohepatitis of liver depression spleen deficiency and blood stasis damp-heat stagnation syndrome,the effect is same to the Dongbaogantai tablet treament.The clinical study is good safety.
