Objective: To study the using of clear heat, expel toxin and resolve mass method in impaired face dermatosis by systematic observation of acne belongs to wind heat in the lung meridine, the experience give prominence to the treatment of T.C.M, and it may be helpful to you.Methods: Divide 120 acne patients belongs to wind heat in the lung meridine into two groups randomly, controlled group and experimental group, respectively give them "QingReTuoDuXiaoCuo" Soap and "PiPaQingFei" Soap, give them both "DaLin ningjiao" for external use. Afterwards, to observe the change of lesion and clinical symptoms, and judge the curative effects after four weeks' treatment.Results: Statistic shows that there is obvious difference between controlled group and experimental group from ratio,lesion changes and clinical symptoms.Conclusion: There is satisfied curative effect using clear heat, expel toxin and resolve mass method for acne belongs to wind heat in the lung meridine. It is worth to be popular in clinic.
