Lo Huang Particle Intervention Of Angina Pectoris (yin Stagnant Heat Intrinsic Card) Clinical Studies Of Carotid Atherosclerosis And Inflammatory Factors

Directed by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the research, based upon the prime experiment and privous clinical practice, investigate the effect of Lu Huang granule(LH) on the neck atherosclerosis and inflammatory facts in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). The research will improve the treatment level for CHD and provide efficient curative medicine.Object: Observe and investigate the clinical effect and influence of LH on the atherosclerosis and inflammatory facts in the patients with CHD angina. Evaluate the clinical effect, security and anti-atherosclerosis effect of LH objectively. Provide scientific evidence of mechanism of LH effect.Method: according to the research project, 34 cases in selected who are 45 to 80 years old. According to the principle of random, parallel, controlled design, They were divided into to two groups: 17 cases in LH group (group A, treat group) and 17 cases in Xuezhikang group (group B, controlled group). The group A take LH granule once a day and group B take Xuezhikang 2 tablets one time and twice a day, both of them should continue for 24 weeks. Security index: record temperature, respiration, pulse and BP 1 time before and after taking the medicine; routine test of blood, urine and feces; liver and kidney function and ECG Effective index: measurement of bood lipid and hemorheolog; inflammatory facts; hypersensitive CRP; tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6); carotid color ultrasonograph: vascular inside diameter, drag index, systolic maximum velocity of flow, diastolic maximum velocity of flow, intima to mesolamella ply, plaque area, plaque integral.Result: the total effective rate of LH granule for patient with CHD angina of blood stasis and toxin accumulation and yin deficiency of liver and kidney is 94.12%. LH granule can definitely improve TCM syndrome, main and minor symptoms, lower bood lipid and improve hemorheolog, restrain inflammatory factors and plaque stabilization. The difference between treatment group and controlled group is not significant(P>0.05). Two groups has no changes at routine test of blood, urine and feces, liver and kidney function and ECG which the difference between them is not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: because the patients with CHD are mainly olded ones, the key pathogenesis of CHD angina is Yin deficiency of liver and kidney with accumulation of blood stasis and toxin inside the body for which the important treat principle is tonifying Yin, remove blood stasis and clearing away heat and toxic. LH granule treatment effect, which include TCM syndrome, main and minor symptoms, lower bood lipid and improve hemorheolog, restrain inflammatory factors and plaque stabilization, is affirmed by the experiment. LH granule is safe for patient with CHD angina and has no toxic and side effect and can be used by the patients who is diagnosed of CHD angina of blood stasis and toxin accumulation and yin deficiency of liver and kidney.
