This thesis mainly talks about theoretical basics and the value for clinical application of academic experience of Zhu zhenheng ,conbining clinical experiences and academic thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine specialists of various dynasties together, takes the academic experiences of famous traditional Chinese medicine specialists, Zhu zhenheng of yuan dynasty as vital core ,basing on main clue of phlegm syndrome.Zhu zhenheng ,one of four famous specialists of Yuan dynasty,is father of yin-enriching school .His fame was gotten not only by yin-enriching thought but also great contributions in treating complex diseases .So far, his complex-diseases-treating system of " qi -blood -phlegm-depression " still has important guiding value for treating complex diseases. In the field of phlegm syndrome ,he is not the greatest but has his unique thoughts , still is the pillar who can serve as a link between past and future in the course of development of pathogenesis therapeutics of phlegm syndrome .This thesis is debated in the following three respects:the first one ,quite lot of diseases can be caused by phlegm ,because phlegm can go anywhere in which the qi of body goes,so a lot of diseases can be caused by phlegm in clinical practice,meanwhile many complex and strange diseases can be resolved by dealealing with phlegm syndrome .second, the combination theory of phlegm and stasis.Jin and blood share the same root ,so phlegm and stasis have the same source on which the combination theory of phlegm and stasis is based , considering all of this ,it is easy to get theory that phlegm and stasis coexist in certain disease and in clinic we can cure the disease by treating both phlegm and stasis. This is a new way to serve patients.Third , er chen tang is regarded as the leading formular. Zhu zhengheng's great idea that treating phlegm by strengthening spleen to activate qi is well manifested through this formular , and so far it still plays a very important role in guiding clinical practice of phlegm syndrome.
