Counting by Emodin,the total free an thraquinones content of extractum free anthraquinones siccus is 58.85%.Counting by Emodin connected monoglucose,the total bound anthraquinones content of extractum bound anthraquinones siccus is 51.70%.By the means of high performance liquid chromatography,the contents of Emodin,Rhein,Physcion,Chrysophanol and Aloe-ernodin in extractum free anthraquinones siccus and extractum bound anthraquinones siccus fore-and-aft hydrolyzed were determined.Observed through the pharmacological experiment of endotoxin pyrogenicitied rabbits,extractum free anthraquinones siccus can restrain the two calofifacient peak of endotoxin pyrogenicitied rabbits.More,extractum free anthraquinones siccus and extractum bound anthraquinones siccus can debase the endotoxin content in plasm of endotoxin pyrogenicitied rabbits,obviously.2 Chemistry analysis to AEFR in vitroBy the means of systematic solvent extraction,column chromatograph and re-crystal,8 compounds have been gained by separated and purified from the normal butyl alcohol extracted fraction of Radix et Rizoma Rhei.And the structures of 5 compounds have been identified.By the means of HPLC fingerprint,the profiling of chemical components in AEFR has been analyzed.And the sources of the main chromatography peaks have been studied. Therefore,the characteristics of compounds in extractum free anthraquinones siccus and extractum bound anthraquinones siccus have been described.3 Pharmacochemistry research on AEFRUsing the same chromatography condition to HPLC fingerprint in vitro, chemical components in rats'serum i.g.Decoction of Radix et Rizoma Rhei have been analyzed.The sources of 22 chromatography peaks have been found,and 5 compounds is metabolized produces.Using the same chromatography condition,chemical components in rats 'serum i.g.solution suspended extractum free anthraquinones siccus and extractum bound anthraquinones siccus,have been analyzed.It is discovered that the chemical components in rats'serum drunk solution suspended extractum free anthraquinones siccus and extractum bound anthraquinones siccus,are same to each other.The free anthraquinones compounds is the main existent format.
