The Treatment Mechanism Of Gastrointestinal Motor Dysfunction Of Functional Dyspepsia Model Rats With Liver-Qi Depression With The Prescription Of Harmonizing Stomach And Regulating Qi From The Histological View Of Organs

Objective: To discuss on the treatment mechanism of gastrointestinal motor dysfunction of Functional Dyspepsia (FD) model rats with Liver-Qi depression with the Prescription of Harmonizing Stomach and Regulating Qi from the histological view of organs.Methods: FD animal models with Liver-Qi depression were induced by Guo's stimulating rats on tails with forceps clip. Prescription of Harmo- nizing Stomach and Regulating Qi was taken as treatment drug, and do- mperidone as a control drug. The effects of the prescription on gastric emptying and small intestinal propulsion in FD model rats with Liver-Qi depression were observed by quantitative method and compared with do- mperidone group. The gastric smooth muscle ultrastructure in FD model rats with Liver-Qi depression were observed by transmission electron microscope before and after the treatment of Prescription of Harmonizing Stomach and Regulating Qi.Results:①The establishment of FD model rats with Liver-Qi depression: Rats tussled after being irritated. They lifted their forelimbs up from the floor to confront each other with the growl of"huhu…",and kept being in a fury for half an hour.On the third day of irritation,dirty smell was be nosed out. On the fourth day, rats ate less. On the sixth day, the tussle became subdued. On the seventh day,the food intake reduced obviously,and the hair of rats became dark,scorch and not smooth.Besides, rats became nervous and worrying.The everyday water intake and food intake of model group decreased obviously(50.56±5.04ml,19.86±2.14g)compared with the normal group (55.79±2.67ml,23.14±1.05g,p<0.05).In addition,the intro-gastric pigment remainder rate of the model group increased(30.15±3.12)and the propulsive proportion of small intestine slowered(65.94±8.84)compared with the normal group(p<0.05).②The effects of the Prescription of Harmonizing Stomach and Regulating Qi on treating gastrointestinal motility dysfunction of FD model rats with Liver-Qi depression: the Prescription could improve much motions and actions of model rats with Liver-Qi depression.Spontaneous activities, water and food intake were all increased.The hair coat recovered luster. Just like the function of domperidone(p>0.05),the Prescription could speed up gastrointestinal peristalsis(p>0.05), and this gastric dynamic effect became stronger with the dose increased.In addition,the Prescri- ption could increase the chimerism between the gastric smooth muscle cells themselves,also gastric smooth muscle cells and Cajal stromal cells, by which the connection became tight.It could also increase the number of Cajal stromal cells and help the gastric smooth muscle cells in renewing to order.Conclusions: FD animal model of Liver-Qi depression prepared by stimulating rats on tails with forceps clip is an ideal Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome animal model. The Prescription of Harmonizing Stomach and Regulating Qi can smooth liver and normalize the spleen-stomach transportation and transformation by increasing the chimerism between the gastric smooth muscle cells themselves, also gastric smooth muscle cells and Cajal stromal cells, increasing the number of Cajal stromal cells, helping the gastric smooth muscle cells in renewing to order, and speeding up gastrointestinal peristalsis.
