Scrophulariaceae Pharmacological Studies On Extracts And Gluten Bone Capsule Pharmacology Research

Radix Scrophulariae is a nourish yin herbal medicine which is widely used in clinical treatment especially for laryngology. Scrophulariae which products from Zhejiang province is famous-region drug. However, scrophulariae is also largely cultivated in Zheping county of Shannxi province. In order to provide clinical evidence for safe usage of scrophulariae from ZSS, and enlarge medicinal herbs resource, here we study pharmacology activity of Scrophulariae in different part and different metropolis. Qiangjingjiangu capsule can induce menstruation to stop pain, expel wind-evil and remove wetness, but there is littte report about pharmacology research of it. So this subject do some research on Radix Scrophulariae and Qiangjingjiangu capsule.In the first part, we compare the anti-microbial activity of the roots and leaves of scrophulariae in vitro. According to this experiment, we find the anti-microbial activity of scrophulariae leaves in vitro is better. Pharyngitis and tonsillitis are common laryngology disease, the major pathogenic bacterium is beta streptococcus, the symptom of pars laryngea pharynges usually is inflammation, pain and fever when invasion. So we tested the anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect and relieve fever effect of scrophulariae from Zhejiang Scrophulariae and Zhenping Scrophulariae. We find the both have significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic effects, and Zhenping Scrophulariae produced more pronounced anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect and relieve fever effect.In the second part, we do some pharmacology study to research the anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect, supporting the healthy energy, activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and anti-gastric ulcer on Qiangjingjiangu capsule.In this paper, we conducted the pharmacological experiments for Zhenping Scrophulariae roots and leaves, which are the valuable data for their further researchs. And we provide clinical evidence for safe usage of Qiangjingjiangu capsule with the pharmacological experiments.
