Pass Down The Particle Intervention Of Non-erosive Reflux Patients Report Of Clinical Outcomes And Quality Of Life

Non-erosive reflux disease(NERD),a special style of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD),is a gastrointestinal motility disorder disease which is the commonly encountered one among digestive system diseases.Patients often caused by acid reflux,heartburn, retrosternal pain and other clinical manifestations.It seriously affects the patients quality of life.This thesis summarizes present situation study about this disease from modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.Now western medicine treatment mainly adopts acid-suppressing drugs and Prokinetic drugs.Although it results exact, it is easy to relapse after treatment.Accorrding to the NERD's clinic manifestations.It belongs to T.C.M."acid regurgitation"," epigastic upset","chest pain","regurgitateion","vomiting".From the period of the classic internal,there have had a great deal of records about this disease.Chinese medicine treatment of non-erosive reflux disease (NERD) has a unique effect.Therefore,by playing Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicineit,it is very meaningful to develop a new NERD treatment drug which has good and quick effect.Tong-jiang Granules, my hospital agent of scientific research,clinical observations show that it can improve patients symptoms and the quality of life.In this study,observe the efficacy and the security by passing down through Tong-jiang Granules and Mosapride of randomized controlled clinical trials.Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and the security through the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) by Tong-jiang Granules. Method:30 cases are the patients from the clinic of XiYuan hospital from 2009.2 to 2009.4,diagnosed to non erosive reflux disease.They accord to the syndrome of TCM not-for-Gan Wei.Successively by the order were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each 20 cases.In the two groups in age,gender,disease in total score there were no significant difference,comparable(P＞0.05).The period of treatment is one month.From four aspects,symptom score,quality of life the Patient Reported Outcomes and side effection to evaluate the efficacy and the security through the treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD).Results: 1.Tong-jiang Granules group after treatment has significantly improved than pre-treatment in main symptoms,subsidiary symptoms, total symptoms and PRO,P＜0.05.However,less number of cases(40 cases), Tong-jiang Granules,compared with positive Mosapride,has no significant difference(P＞0.05).But the trend shows that the treatment group is higher than the control group in main symptoms and total symptoms.2.Patients with the treatment group after treatment Tong-jiang Granules,in four dimensions,role emotion,(RE),social function, (SF),bodily pain(BP) and general health(GH) have improved than pre-treatment.However,less number of cases(40 cases),Tong-jiang Granules,compared with Mosapride,has no significant difference (P＞0.05).3.Both treatment group and control group have no side effection.Conclusion:Tong-jiang Granules can improve NERD patients clinical symptoms and improve the scores of PRO and the quality of life and has no side effection.
