At the conclusion of our predecessors on the basis of the theory,this thesis explains side forensic evidence of pathogenesis,the main disease and aims to sort out a system and set out to conduct a preliminary of the pill of Fructus Cannabis.3.Experimental3.1 ObjectiveThis thesis study the pill of Fructus Cannabis how to treat slow transit constipation.this experimental observe the EMG on the colon,the colon of the c-kit mRNA expression,the level of the vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and substance P. this thesis preliminary study the mechanism of the pill of Fructus Cannabis treat slow transit constipation,in order to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment.3.2 MethodsCompound Diphenoxylate used to create constipation model in rats.This experiment observe the the pill of Fructus Cannabis treat slow transit constipation caused by drug ment.Using literature methods this experiment measures the pill of Fructus Cannabis on the effects of EMG.Determination by the PT-PCR method on the rat colon c-kit gene expression level impacting by the pill of Fructus Cannabis colon of c-kit gene expression levels,Determination by radioimmunoassay in serum(VIP), substance P(SP). 3.3 ResultsThe pill of Fructus Cannabis can significantly improve the colonic slow-wave amplitude of the experimental rat,indicating that this may be the one of the mechanism of how to treat the slow transit constipation of the pill of Fructus Cannabis. Colon of rats has no changes in slow-wave frequency.The pill of Fructus Cannabis did not change the c-kit gene expression of experimental rat significantly.The pill of Fructus Cannabis can increase the experimental rats the content of substance P,but not statistically significant.Similarly,the experimental rat does not significant changes in VIP content.3.4 ConclusionsThe pill of Fructus Cannabis can significantly increase the EMG amplitude colon, increased colonic peristalsis,and achieve their treatment of slow transit constipation role.The pill of Fructus Cannabis can increase colon substance P content,but no statistical significance,perhaps this due to the number of experiments were too small.this is need further confirm by large sample in the later experiment.The pill of Fructus Cannabis have impact or not in EMG frequency of the colon, c-kit gene expression and VIP content,this needed to be further study of the large sample experiment after.
