| Objective:To explore the effects Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules on COPD with malnutrition,TCM lung spleen-deficiency in patients with stable type effect and the exact mechanism.Methods:COPD with malnutrition,TCM lung spleen-deficiency in patients with stable type 60 cases,the use of randomized, divided into 30 cases of the treatment group,the control group of 30 patients.Control group using Western medicine stable COPD standard method of treatment,the treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plus Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules treatment, treated for eight weeks.Observation of the two groups before and after treatment clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine syndromes,nutrition indicators,including height,weight, body mass index(BMI),percentage of ideal body weight(NM%), serological indicators,including serum albumin(ALB),the former albumin(ALB pro-),total lymphocyte count(LYM) and cytokines including leptin(Leptin) Interleukin-I(IL-1β) changes.Results:(1) Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules can be effectively improve malnutrition in patients with COPD with stable symptoms(compared with the control group,the rate was charged There was a significant difference,P<0.05).(2) Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules can be effectively improved in patients with COPD with malnutrition stable Syndrome(Compared with the control group,P<0.05).(3) Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules can improve nutrition and serological indicators(Compared with the control group,P<0.05) o(4) Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules can be significantly increased in patients with COPD with serum leptin levels of malnutrition.(Compared with the treatment group,P<0.05)(5) Liujunzi Decoction Prescription Granules can be significantly decreased serum levels of IL-1β(Compared with the control group,P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary mixture can be Xuesaitong effectively improve the stable COPD patients with clinical symptoms, Syndrome and nutritional status can be improved serum leptin and IL-1β,this may be the treatment of COPD stable part of the mechanism. |
