Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction On The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Stable Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of The jia wei liujunzi Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with stable lung qi deficiency syndrome, and to provide more clinical evidence for the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:60 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine western medicine, give low flow oxygen, spasmolysis and thiophene tiotropium bromide inhalation in the treatment; treatment group on the basis of the control group with modified Liujunzi Decoction, one dose daily, morning and evening service);The course of treatment was 12 weeks, and 6 months were followed up.Two groups were observed before and after treatment and between the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs, pulmonary function, CAT score, body mass index and the change of the frequency of acute exacerbation effect.Results: 1.The jia wei liujunzi Decoction treatment chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period of lung and spleen deficiency syndrome in patients, and compared with the control group, in the alleviation of the symptoms(cough, expectoration, gasp, anorexia, abdominal distension, spontaneous sweating, easy to colds, etc.) and signs(rales) syndrome total score, total therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05). 2.Two groups were able to improve the patient's lung function FEV1%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). But there was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05)(FEV1%). 3.The jia wei liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of lung qi deficiency syndrome patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, compared with the control group, can significantly improve the patient's body mass index, reduce the CAT score, reduce the number of acute exacerbation(P<0.05).Conclusion: The jia wei liujunzi Decoction Combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine can improve chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable period lung spleen qi deficiency in patients with the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the total efficiency; can improve lung function in patients with FEV1% level, improvement and Western conventional treatment had no significant difference; can improve a patient's body mass index, improve the malnutrition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with late and improve cat scores in patients, reduce the times of acute exacerbation, improve the quality of life of patients, improve the prognosis.
