Integrative Treatment Of Intraarticular Calcaneal Fractures 40 Patients

Objective:To investigate the clinic therapeutic effect of conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to calcaneus intraarticular fracture.Methods:To take 40 calcaneus intraarticular fracture examples trabantly divide two sets.Every set has 20 examples.Observing combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine compared to closing percutaneus reduction by leverage and plaster external fixation,two sets have some variability in B(o|¨)hler's angle regain,Gissane's angle regain and Maryland foot score.Results:Two sets have no statistics difference in postoperative complications for the P value exceed 0.05.In postoperative B(o|¨)hler's angle regain,there have no statistics difference in comparing post-treament to pretherapy for the P value exceed 0.05 Two sets have significant statistics difference in postoperative Gissane's angle and B(o|¨)hler's angle regain for the P value less than 0.01.Two sets have statistics difference in postoperative Maryland foot score.Conclusion:Conbined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine have some superities because it has not increase probability in postoperative complications but has significant improving in Gissane's angle regain and trouble boot function recovery.
