| Objective: To investigate the curative effect of the Chinese traditional medicine"Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction"in Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH). Methods: 85 cases patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group taking 43 cases of the"Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction"treatment, 42 cases of the control group taking"Pan long qi pills"treatment. Results: In the treatment group: 16 cases were cured, 14 cases showed considerable improvement , 10 cases improved, 3 cases inefficacy. The effective rate is 93.0%, control group: 14 cases were cured, 15 cases showed considerable improvement,7 cases improved, 6 cases inefficacy, The effective rate is 85.7% . The total efficiency of the former group is higher than the latter, but no significant effects were statistically significant difference between the two groups( P> 0.05). Conclusion: It is effective that taking with"Xin shen tong zhu yu decoction"treat LDH. |
