Fructus Psoraleae is the dried fruits of Psoralea corylifolia L.,annual herbaceous,first recorded in "Lei Gong Pao Zhi Lun",warm in property,pungent and bitter in flavor,which can reinforce the kidney yang, promote respiration and stop diarrhea.This paper firstly reorganized the traditional and modern literature about cultivtar source,habitat,harvest,processingmethod,property, functions,clinical application,compatibility,preparation and taboo of fructus psoraleae,making the medication history and ordering of psoraleae more clear.In this dissertation,main chemical components were isolated and identified using the modern plant chemistry method and preparative HPLC, 7chemicals obtained:furanocoumarins:psoealea,isopsoralea,coumestrol: psoralidin,flavonoids:isobavachalcone,bavachin,corylin, neobavaisoflavone,It is firstly found that in the week acid preparative processing,psoralenoside and isopsoralenoside easily transformed to their isomerisms,and through the HPLC-DAD,LC-MS,HMR,they were the cis-trans isomerisms.We investigated the market source of Psorsles,and make sure that all came from Burma wild resource.66 samples were collected,in which 36 samples from different medicinal materials markets,16 ripe samples from habitats,6 immaturity samples and 2 flower samples,6 processed product samples.A method based on HPLC fingerprinting chromatogram for identification of Fructus Psoraleae and quality research established.①there are 4 sections in the HPLC fingerprint chromatogram of Psoraleae;②there is transform relationship between the first section and the second section;③Burma samples with the highest "a" peak in peaks near 40min,as same as tha Xishuangbanna samples,others "a" peak lower or missing,this is the characteristics of medicinal meterialin Burma and vicinities;④Beijing samples had two characteristics which were different from other samples;⑤processing procedure had no clear dstory to chemical component,and 1 peak at 36.98min occuring;3 peaks near 40min with a little decrease;3 peaks near 50min with clear increase.⑥the flower chromatogram was clearly different from the fruit;the chemical components increase continuously with maturity Usingthe same HPLC method,3 components:psoralea,isopsoralea, bakuchiol were quantitatively analyzed.①the current market medicinal material(all from Burma)quality were firstly given;②the contents of Guangxi Nanning,Chongqing Hechuan and Beijing samples were all lower than Burma samples;③the psoralen and isopsoralen contents was very low in the new collected materials,with the storage time increasing,the two glycosides can transform into the two furanocoumarins,therefore the two glycosides contents should be considered in the crude drug standard;④the quality standard may needed elevate aiming to the Burma source.⑤the immature fruits had little affect to the quality;⑥salt processing nearly did not affect the two glycosides and two furanocoumarins contents,the main components deseased a little,the average reducing rate of the sum of psoralen and isopsoralen was 0.0924,bakuchiol 0.0499,the sum of psoralenoside and isopsoralenoside 0.1082,the ratio of the two glycosides and two furanocoumarins had little change,which showed that the processing had little effect to the transformation.The content of bakuchiol were firstly measured using HPLC method,about 1.66%-22.71%,mostly 10%-20%.In this dissertaition,the current market psoraleae quality was studied comprehensively and systemically,illustrate the factors and extent affecting the crude drug and decoction pieces quality,which establish a good foundation to identification the psoraleaa source and control the crude drug and decoction pieces quality.
