The Clinical Treatment Of Avascular Necrosis

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Therapy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine on sufferers with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head . Methods:30 cases of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head were treated mainly with therapy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine. 30 cases of ischemic necrosis of the femoral head were treated with Chinese medicine. The symptoms ,function and the X-ray findings were observed before and after treatment . Results:After treatment for 6 to 12 months ,the clinical symptoms ,runction and X-ray findings were significantly improved with the rotal effective rate being 92% . Conclusion: Therapy of combination of traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve the circulation of blood in the thighbone of the femoral bead and promote the restoration of the putrescent thighbone and the comeback of the function of coxa .
