Objective In this project, Jingangteng oral solution was used as a source of the anti-inflammatory, anti-drug, and the function of Analgesic Effects. In process, Jingangteng extracts were tested as reagents, and Jingangteng syrup was acting as positive control drug. Study on the potency differences between the changed Formulation of Oral Solution Jingangteng to the original type, to preliminary interpretation its mechanism; to provide the basis for reform of pharmacodynamics formulations; to provide ideals and preferences for evaluation of similar proprietary Chinese medicine for PID and the need of reform of pharmacodynamics formulations. Methods The model of uterine swelling and inflammation of rat caused by insert of plastic pipe; the experiment of rat paw edema induced by Chondrus ocellatus; the experiment of rat ear swelling induced by xylene; the vitro experiment by agar diffusion method; the vivo experiment of rat by antibacterial methods; the experiment of in rats hot plate method and the acetic acid writhing test in rats; the model of in rat acute "blood stasis", etc. By methods mentioned above, they provide comparative analysis of the impact on related indicators by extract Jingangteng. Results Jingangteng extract could significantly inhibit uterine inflammation, swelling and swelling of the ear in rats. And have some protective effects on rat infected with staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. It can significantly inhibit the pain reaction in mice, raising the pain threshold, and provide the better analgesic effect. Conclusion The above results showed: It has no significant difference between Jingangteng extract with its positive control, which is Jingangteng syrup, on the potency of anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and analgesic.
