Eye For Ischemic Stroke In Patients With Plasma Endothelin And Calcitonin Gene-related Peptide Content

Purpose:To evaluate the mechanism of action of eye acupuncture treating cerebral ischemic stroke.Material and method:Using research method of randomly contrast,divide 18 cases of patients with ischemic stroke into two groups:the treatment group treated with eye acupuncture and western medicine;the control group treated with simple western medicine.18 patients with Ischemic Stroke(meridian-apoplexy) were classifed in to five groups:Liver-yang excessive rising group,Wind-phlegm with congestion emphraxis meridian,Phlegm-heat with blocked intestines,Qi differency with blood-stasis group,In deficiency and wind act group.The patient received the treatment of eye acupuncture once a day,with fourteen days as a period of treatment.The control group is also fourteen days as a period of treatment.After 2 weeks,The contents of Plasma endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene一related PePtide(CGRP)and nervous dysofnctional marks in the two group were respectively compared beofore and atfer treatment.Results:In the two groups atfer treatment the contents of Plasma ET were obviously descent(**P＜0.01,*P＜0.05),and the contents of Plasma CGRP were obviously aseent(**P＜0.01,*P＜0.05).But significant differences were between the two groups(P＜0.05).The marks of nervous dysfunction were remarkably deseent (P＜0.01),and a significant difference was between the two groups(P＜0.01).The total effctive rate was 90%in the eye puncture group and its clinical curative effetive was superior to the west medicine group.Conclusion:The eye puncture is able to adjust the contents of Plasma ET and CGRP better.so it can effect vasomtoricity and Protect the neuron injury to cure patients with cerebral inafretion and improve their prognosis.
