Purpose:By observing the effect of acupuncture preconditioning on isoprenaline hydrochloride-induced rat model of myocardial ischemia in serum CK and CK-MB content,we can reveal the effect of acupuncture preconditioning on myocardial protection, and for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease with acupuncture preconditioning mechanism to provide experimental basis.Method:This study selected 40 healthy male Wistar rats as subjects, the weight was 200±20 grams each, the used rats are from the Jilin University Research Center for animal experiments. The rats were divided into blank group, model group, acupuncture group and control group in accordance with the random number table.Acupuncture group are connected to XinShu electric acupuncture needle for 20 minutes, the control group are connected to GenDuan electric acupuncture needle for 20 minutes. Each rat had been recordedⅡelectrocardiogram (ECG)before the experiment, the ECG detection of normal rats can be selected. The rats were anesthetized, using abdominal multi-point injection isoprenaline hydrochloride copy acute myocardial ischemia model, except the blank group.Monitoring the electrocardiogram of rats of myocardial ischemia,S-T segment and T wave;take the serum CK and CK-MB from the modeling successful rats in 6 hours.Result:Compared with blank group, the model group of S-T segments and T waves decreased most obviously(P<0.01).Compared with model group, the acupuncture group and control group could alleviate the myocardial change of ECG(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the difference has no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05). Compared with blank group, the contents of CK and CK-MB in model group increased significantly(P<0.01).The results showed that myocardial enzyme of acupuncture group were significantly lower than model group(P<0.01).Compared with model group, two indicators of the control group have no significant improvement (P>0.05).The contents of CK and CK-MB in acupuncture group were lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion : Acupuncture preconditioning can improve isoprenaline hydrochloride-induced rat model of myocardial ischemia on ECG,lower serum CK and CK-MB and can protect the myocardial cells.
