Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule In Treating Hyperlipidemia ( Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis ) Clinical Observation On

Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effects and the security of Xuefuzhuyu capsule in treating patients with hyperlipidemia belonged to the syndrom of qistagnancy and blood stasis, and explore the therapeuric mechanism and offer the scientific basis for the further clinic application.Method: Sixty patients in the ages of 18-70 years old , with hyperlipidimia belonged to the syndrom of qistagnancy and blood stasis were divided into Curative group(30 cases)and Placebo group(30 cases) at random. The patients in Curative group were cured with Xuefuzhuyu capsule, and Placebo group took placebo. Six weeks was a course of treatment. For all the patients, blood fat, the symptoms and signs of TCM were all observed. In addition, the general conditions, blood route, urine route, stool route, ECG, liver and kidney functions were tested before and after the treatment.Results:1. Curative effect evaluation: The comparisons of blood fat: TC,TG and LDL-C of Xuefuzhuyu capsule group has trend of decline, and the result of statistics show that there was a significant difference between the two groups (p<0. 05); The total effective rate of blood fat was 66. 67% and 17. 24% respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (p<0. 05); The symptoms and signs of TCM: the total effective rate was 83. 33% and 37.93% respectively (p<0. 05); Weight and BMI: the Weight and BMI of the two groups patients have trend of decline, but there was no difference between the group respectively (p>0.05).2. Safety analysis: There no serious side effect is founded during the clinical research. There was no exceptional change of blood route, urine route, stool route, liver and kidney functions, ECG related to the treatment.Conclusion: 1. Xuefuzhuyu capsule has remarkable effects on blood fat with hyperlipidimia belonged to the syndrom of qistagnancy and blood stasis;2. Xuefuzhuyu capsule has remarkable effects on the symptoms and signs of TCM with hyperlipidimia belonged to the syndrom of qistagnancy and blood stasis;3. Xuefuzhuyu capsule has good security.
