Clinical Observation In Patients With Atrial Fibrillation Of Crp, Lad, And D-dimer

OBJECTIVE this study was designed to observe the CRP,LAD,D-Dimmer level in patients with distinguished type of atrial fibrillation,verify the relationship between them and their clinical significance.METHODS thirty-eight patients with atrial fibrillation were chosen,including 20 with chronical atrial fibrillation,18 with paroxysm atrial fibrillation.Besides 40 patients with normal rhythm from out-patients and in-patients were selected into the control group.Each patient was selected according to stricted inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.C-reactive protein, d-dimmer levels and left atrial diameter of each group were compared respectively.RESULTS CRP,LAD,D-dimmer leveles with atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). CRP level with chronical atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than that of the paroxysm atrial fibrillation(P<0.05). d-dimmer levels with chronical atrial fibrillation was no significantly than that of the paroxysm atrial fibrillation (P >0.05). left atrial diameter of chronical atrial fibrillation cpmpared with that of the paroxysm atrial fibrillation have a significant distinction(P<0.05). CRP level of atrial fibrillation have a positive correlation with left atrial diameter(r=0.370,P<0.05)CONCLUSIONS 1.Thrombosis probably participates in the occurce and maintainnance of atrial fibrillation.2.Heightening of d-dimmer level indicates prothromboticstate and rsik factor of thromboembolism in patient with atrial fibrillation.
