Now traditional Chinese meidical physicians have developed guidelines to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.The guidelins are based on experience and the clinical features of the current incidence of the disease. At the same time, many scholars began to study the mechanism in Chinese medicine.The exact cause of the disease is still unclear.A variety of factors have been considered, such as environmental factors, genetic susceptibility,infection, and abnormal immune responses.They are related to jointly participate in the pathogenesis of this disease. This paper examined the effects of Shu Gan Jian Pi Granule on the colon mucosa pathological in the rat model of ulcerative colitis.It shows that the drug could significantly improve the mucosal ulcers and promote healing. |
