Autologous Material Nasal Deformity Repair Of Personalized Applications

Objective:To study the material (cartilage and bone) in the repair of nasal deformities and advantages.Methods:July 2004-2 009 12 months, treated 46 patients with different types of nasal deformities (including congenital and acquired deformities of) patients.26 males,20 females; aged 12 to 23 years old, average 18.4 years old. Nasal deformity and deformed according to location, a reasonable choice of their own material ear cartilage, nasal septum, costal cartilage, iliac crest bone graft alone or carving the joint after the formation of prosthesis implantation.Results:46 patients were operated area incision healed well, no significant scar formation and operation area for the area showed no significant abnormal shape and function,44 patients received primary deformity correction, nose close to the normal shape. Two cases of two post-operative patient satisfaction, were followed up.Conclusion:The objective evaluation of deformity of the external manifestations of the pathological basis and to start for the morphological and anatomical features, personalized design autologous cartilage, full use of autologous cartilage easily survived without rejection and other characteristics of nasal deformity repair, targeted, less complications and good compatibility, the patients are receptive.
