Purpose:Explore purpura particles itp model intervention of the mouse,discussed the possible role of the mechanism,for the rational application for an experimental basis.Material and method:SPF level BALB/c mouse (male and female) were modeling 1d, 3d, 5d, 7d, 9d, 11d, 13d intraperitoneally APS200ul, the establishment of chronic ITP mouse model. Measured before model BALB/C mice peripheral platelet counts, according to the peripheral platelet count will BALB/C mouse were randomly divided into 5 groups:nor- mal group, model group, control group, comparison group,purpura particle group . 12 in each group, male and female half and half. Treatment for 15 days.2. ITP mice on peripheral platelet count and parameters. Compared with model group, the treatment group were peripheral platelet counts were signif- icantly increased (P<0.05, P<0.01); were significantly reduced mean platelet volume (P<0.05); purpura ITP particle model can be increased significantly smaller mouse peripherral platelet counts, reduced mean platelet volume, improve platelet function.3. On the ITP mouse thymus index, spleen index of.Spleen index decreased; thymus Indices were statistically significant (P<0.05) significant difference.4. Right mouse ITP model out of the week in the blood TPO,TGF-β1 a content of Model set the tpo mouse week in spite of the rising trend was not significant (P>0.05). Purpura particles can reduce the blood of the week, a content TGF-β1 were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Study on scattering neutron background under specific condition of experiment:1 .Purpura particles have significantly itp platelet the week,reduce the volume of platelet function ;2 .Purpura particles have reduced spleen index, upper the role of the thymus index ;3 .Purpura particles by adjusting tgf, beta, to a content itp effect.
