Access Pain Database Of Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Cancer Pain Medication Law

Purpose:Through establishing the database of cancer pain and statistical analyzing of the data stored in the database, and then we can explore the traditional Chinese medicine theory of cancer pain drug laws, speeding up the study of traditional Chinese medicine theory of cancer pain in the process of modernization, providing reference and grounds for the modern treatment of cancer pain drug screening.Method:Study mainly major domestic journals contained in the literature on Chinese medicine research in the 1989 -2009 nearly 20 years. According to the inclusion and exclusion criterion, screening set of related research literature from the literature articles, establish a database, including a total of 212 the basic prescriptions, involving 283 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. We use data processing software as a statistical tool, research the frequency of drug use, drug-induced taste, go through, the effectiveness of classified and other laws.Results : We selected 212 research literatures from 619 relevant literatures,established a database of Chinese medicine treatment of cancer pain, We found thatCategory of effect of the Top 50drug frequently used in External application, promoting blood circulation drug accounts for 41%, enlighten drug accounts for 14%,while the Internal Treatment promoting blood circulation drug accounts for 33%,enlighten drug accounts for 24%。Spicy, bitter, warm, sweet taste, heavy poison in the forefront of statistical results of drug-induced tastes.
