Objective:In order to observe the anti-tumor effect of Huazheng Sanji Keli to liver carcinoma cells in mice H22 and effect of Huazheng Sanji Keli to T-lymphocyte subsets by animal experiment study,furtherly to discuss the therapeutic effect and mechanism in PHC.Methods: Dividatur the mices into 6 groups randamly:blank array,model array,5-FU array,the diminutive,midst,large dose of Huazheng Sanji Keli. After 60 male KM mice were injected H22 tumor cells,the drugs Huazheng Sanji Keli were given to the latter fuor groups and 5-FU . were given to positive control group until 10 days.The normal group was not any treatment and the model group through stomach feeding by physiological saline.The mice were killed in the 11th day and tumors were excavated and weighted. The H22 tumor from mice was collected and the anti-tumor rate calculated;T cell subsets were analyzed with flow cytometer。Measuring changes of T lymphocytes of the hepatocellular carcinoma- bearing mice observe what impact of the modified Huazheng Sanji Keli to the mice body. Through various indicators of the experiment to observe and discuss what is the best decoction dose of the large,midst and diminutive dosese in the treatment of the hepatocellular carcinoma- bearing mice.Results: Huazheng Sanji Keli can reduce the tumor weight to liver carcinoma cells in mice H22. The anti-tumor rate the diminutive,midst,large dose group of Huazheng Sanji Keli were18.9%,37.3%,43.7%,respectly,which had significantly diffence from the model array(p<0.01). The comparison among of large,midst and diminutive dose group, the Huazheng Sanji Keli large and midst dose group inhibit tumor-bearing mice more significant role in tumor growth (P <0.05). large and midst dose was no significant difference between groups .After The KM mice were injected H22 tumor cells,the CD4+ andCD4+/CD8+of mice in blood decreased Significantly,the midst and large-dose of Huazheng Sanji Keli have some inhibitory effect for this,Compared with model group, in the statistically significant difference (P <0.05). large and midst dose was no significant difference between groups. The Huazheng Sanji Keli has not obvious effect on the CD8 + in peripheral blood,the ratio CD4 + / CD8 + has Slightly increased, compared with the model group, no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion: The Huazheng Sanji Keli can inhibite the tumor growth of the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice;The Huazheng Sanji Keli can inhibit the decreasing of immune function caused by PHC in a certain extent.The effcet and mechanism imProve the immunization regulation of the hepatocellular carcinoma-bearing mice.
