Purpose: Children with spastic cerebral palsy by sex, age, parity, etiology, imaging diagnosis and follow up of children with cerebral palsy Chinese intervention factors affecting treatment.Material and method:Will be in May 2004 ~ October 2008 University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dalian Children's Hospital, Jiamusi Medical treatment of cerebral palsy prevention education center common in children with spastic cerebral palsy treated 180 patients were high risk factors A retrospective comparison. And University Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics Pediatric rehabilitation center for treatment of cerebral palsy in children with spastic cerebral palsy 60 cases studied. Conventional treatment with acupuncture, massage therapy. And muscle tension before and after treatment, traditional Chinese medicine symptoms were assessed. .Results:1. Risk factors results:①in children with spastic cerebral palsy concluded that men and women in the sex ratio of 1.17:1; statistics on the age of 2-3 years can be seen the largest proportion of this age, followed by 1-2 years of age.②children with spastic cerebral palsy on the statistical analysis of birth, children birth to 1, followed by 2 times.③in the etiology of spastic cerebral palsy caused the first three main factors were premature birth, fetal distress, jaundice after birth asphyxia. Cause far greater than the number of statistics the number of cases, children with spastic cerebral palsy risk factors, not the single cause but rather generated by a variety of causes.④children with spastic cerebral palsy before the three were CT diagnosis of white matter abnormalities, corpus callosum hypoplasia, cerebral dysplasia; MRI diagnosis of the former three were white matter abnormalities, hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, corpus callosum bad.2. Chinese intervention factors results:①Asworth spasm levels before and after treatment there was significant difference statistically significant (P <0.05), that Chinese intervention in the treatment methods can improve limb spasticity.②description, duration of treatment effect with the relevant muscle tension, the longer course of treatment, better treatment, shorter course of treatment, the worse the effect.③TCM symptoms and duration of treatment efficacy and relevance, the longer course of treatment, better treatment, shorter course of treatment, the worse the effect. Conclusion: When the children with risk factors, clinical manifestations and neurological abnormalities, developmental significantly behind, and should be combined with cranial CT, MRI, EEG, close follow-up to the early diagnosis of cerebral palsy early intervention.
