Sfi Fluid In Patients With Esophageal Cancer Postoperative Adjuvant Chemotherapy During Clinical Studies

Purpose:To observe the effect of chemotherapy assisted with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection on the patients after operation with esophageal carcinoma.Material and method:We divided 60 esophageal carcinoma patients and conform to the bringing criterion into two groups randomly,which were all treated with"PF"chemotherapeutic protocol of two cycle,to the thirty patients in the treated group among them with additional medication of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection simultaneously.During the research period the two groups can be observed in conventional symptomatic to support treatment.On al1 subjects before and after treatment for the symptom of Traditional Chinese Medieine ,Karnofsky seore,blood routine,side effect,immune function,and other related indicators of control.All clinical observation are used statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:After chemotherapy,on the aspect of increasing the symptom of Traditional Chinese Medieine alleviating the toxicity and side effects of hematological,improving the body immune function,the treatment group was higher than the control group obviously,and had significance difference through statistics processing(P <0.05).Conclusion:The Shenqi Fuzheng Injection combined with chemotherapy to treat the patients with esophageal carcinoma can improve the clinical symptom and quality of life of the patients,enhance immune function, protect hematogenic function of medulla and relief side effect of chemotherapy,which played the synergized and reducing toxicity action.
