Among The Points Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis Symptoms Of Mouth Askew Efficacy Analysis

Purpose:contrast and analyze the curative effect of the symptoms of nasolabial groove skew and the angle of the mouth incline on uninjured side when show the tooth of the application of RENZHONG for peripheral facial paralysis clinical treatment or not,in order to guide the clinical application.Material and method:making the retrospective analysis of the 113 cases of the patients who had peripheral facial paralysis and adopted hospitalization and treatment (H&T) in our hospital form December 2008 to July 2009.First,dividaturing two groups by the application of RENZHONG to clinical treatment or not: experimental group (EG)(ont application of RENZHONG) and control group (CG)(application of RENZHONG).Second,classify by the standard count scores of Janpanese facial paralysis academy. estimate the counting scores by facial function of the treatment after 20～30min and contrast with the prior treatmen (PT) scores,then analyze the scores of the symptoms of nasolabial groove skew and the angle of the mouth incline on uninjured side when show the tooth by rated standards.Results:1. the probability of two groops of the symptom of nasolabial groove skew (complete recovery,improve,ineffective) : 16.9%,8.3%;75.3%,68.4%; 7.8%,22.2%.Result of two groops has significant difference, EG(ont application of RENZHONG) is better than CG(application of RENZHONG).2. the probability of two groops of the symptom of the angle of the mouth incline on uninjured side when show the tooth(complete recovery,improve,ineffective) : 13.0%,0;81.8%,61.1%;5.2%,38.9%. Result of two groops has significant difference, EG(ont application of RENZHONG) is better than CG(application of RENZHONG).Conclusion:1.In clinic,few people use RENZHONG for peripheral facial paralysis.2. Contrast the probability (complete recovery,improve), the group of CG(application of probability(ineffective), CG(application of RENZHONG) is higher than the group of EG(ont application of RENZHONG).3.Contrast the probability (complete recovery,improve), the group of EG(ont application of RENZHONG) is higher than the group of CG(application of RENZHONG) ; contrast the probability(ineffective), the group of EG(ont application of RENZHONG) is lower than the group of CG(application of RENZHONG).4. Contrast the probability (complete recovery,improve), the group of EG(ont application of RENZHONG) is higher than the group of CG(application of RENZHONG); contrast the probability(ineffective), the group of EG(ont application of RENZHONG) is lower than the group of CG(application of RENZHONG).In a word, the curative effect of the symptoms of nasolabial groove skew and the angle of the mouth incline on uninjured side when show the tooth of the application of using RENZHONG for peripheral facial paralysis clinical treatment is not better than not using RENZHONG for peripheral facial paralysis clinical treatment.
