Moral Interpretation Of The Network Of Public Opinion

Online opinion is a new form of traditional opinion in the internet world. Nowadays, online opinion effect people's daily life in more aspects. For example, living condition and thinking mode's changing. This essay analyze anomie problems of online opinion from the aspect of ethics. There are four parts:In the first part, I was outline online opinion, comb connotation of public opinion and online opinion, analysis the similaritis of online opinion and traditional opinion, clarify the characters of online opinion, then summed up its dual ethical function.In the second part,I was concrete analyze its ethic problem:online opinion entertainment vulgarization, violence, and its media hegemony. And I will explain the ethical conflict from three aspects:popular culture and elite culture, justice done and privacy protection, freedom of speech and accountability, then analyze the cause of its anomie problems.In the third part, I was elaborate the basic principles and specifications of network public opinion, and presented objective,fair and moderate injury-free principles from ethical aspect to guide online opinion. Then deduce four major specifications:principal part's equal right to speak on the web,cultured and civilized comments on the web, privacy protection, and internet media should abide by professional ethics.In the fourth part, I was explore specific ways to construct public ethics, to control online opinion from three aspects:school education, government regulation and media guidance, then to promote online opinion develop healthy and orderly.
