Research On Responsibility Ethics In The Field Of Public Opinion In The Micro Era

With the rapid development of media technology,the ‘Micro Age' has gradually brought huge change on the public opinion propagation and spread role,ethical anomie and moral issue spring up.Reflection and construction through the lack of responsibility ethics have significant impact on three main aspects: development of the public opinion environment and social construction,contradiction harmonization between freedom of speech and government control,development of the mainstream value`s construction and direction.Therefore,this research tries to analyze the problems in the field from the perspective of responsibility ethics.‘Autonomy',‘Promptness',‘Decentralized',‘Interaction' are the fundamental feature of the ‘Micro Age',these factors brings profound change on the route of transmission.Compared with the traditional media era,people`s expression in the public opinion field in the ‘Micro Age' is more free.However,if the right to free speech has been used but there is no bottom line for the speech autonomy,and the lack of moral cognition,deviates from the mainstream value and ignore the responsibility that should be assumed,then the public opinion environment is likely to be chaos and disorder,the tool that is used to serve justice can become a tool for killing people and even cause social injustice.Eventually,public will lose their self-discipline and control.Responsibility ethics not only emphasizes the dialectical unity of freedom and responsibility,but also is a kind of ethical theory that concern about the future,forward-looking and long-distant.Therefore,the construction of the responsibility in the public opinion field is fairy vital.Strengthen the moral self-discipline of people,with the aid of proper control,the heteronomy into inner moral self-discipline.In order to implement responsibility ethics construction of the micro era public opinion,people`s moral self-discipline is bound to be strengthened,grasp the limits of the right of free speech,jointly create a good public opinion environment.All of these elements can cause the public opinion environment to promote social development.
