"GuanZi",a great ancient Chinese treasury of knowledge,expounds and develops the country-running ideas of Guan Zhong,an outstanding statesman.It has a deep and profound insight on how to administer a country from political,economic,social and cultural.This thesis mainly focuses on its theory of human resouse on the basis of history of Guanzi compared the opinion in human resouses with confucianism and legalism.Nowadays,as human strategy becoming the emphasis part in the whole country,doing a research in "Guanzi" and studying its essence will be beneficial to foster talent efficiently and identy talent truly. Having a full realize of this will help we young people establishing scientific view of talent,then taking viable measure in paving the way to succeed oneself, finally, being a talent.This is purport of this paper.This paper mainly include four parts.The regime replaced one by one is the context of the thought of the talent in "Guanzi".The first part focuses on this context,which each leud strive for hegemony and talent.Qi cultural system and Jixiaxuegong consisit of the cultural context of the talent thought in "Guanzi".The second part in this paper mainly focuses on the substance on talent thought in "Guanzi"."Guarizi" include many contexts about talent,such as fostering, selecting, appointing and checking talent,each affiliating, penetrating and consisting of the organic ensemble of its talent thought.The third part focuses on the comparison with the talent thoughts in ancient confucianism and legalism,in order to analyze and sum up the active aspect and peculiar value on the talent thought in "Guanzi"The last part focuses on the practical value of the talent thought in "Guanzi". Excavating the value of the practical meaning in its talent thought in "Guanzi" in-depth through the discuss of standard of modern talent, which cater to the demand of the talent standard in modern society.
