Gestalt psychology emphasize that the visual perception is overall and complementary. Because of that, it has a great value in visual Arts. Now it is becoming to have a great value in the literature, too. The holism, the heterogeneous isomorphism theory and the field theory of Gestalt psychology lend a new research perspective in the whole literature activities.Because of this, the article will base on the field theory, the heterogeneous isomorphism theory as the start point,the holism as the guiding ideology. Research environment field's affect to the writers and readers'psychology and activities. Analyze the conditions of creative activities and aesthetic activities and the application of the heterogeneous isomorphism theory in the literature. Discuss the mental organizing principle of the writers and readers in the literature activities.Literature text is a whole gestalt, its gestalt quality is produced by writers and readers. And have some other conditions:first, the writers and readers should follow the visual perceptual organizing principles. Second, the mental force structure of writers and readers as same as the literature deep force structure. Descuss the visual perceptual organizing principles'application in the literature will have a great value to us.With the development of literature media, writers and readers are receiving more and more complex material presented of knowledge and information, but they become confused. The new literature texts sprang up like mushrooms but has lost its soul—the gestalt quality. In this noise and impetuous era, the heterogeneous isomorphism theory of Gestalt emphasizes that the holism and the deep feelings of writers and readers is very important. It may give some inspiration to the confusion writers, readers and lost literature.
