Yibo Economic Thought (1949-1956)

Bo yibo is the elder proletarian revolutionist, and one of leading members of China's financial and labor front. Not only did he participate in making a series of major decisions of the Party and the state, but also was one of the organizers and leaders in the economic field. He expounded many extremely precious thoughts in the long-term revolutionary struggle and the process of socialist revolution and construction, such as comprehensive balance, distribution, enterprise management, the ideas of science education etc. His mind is rich distinctive. Therefore, a systematic analysis and research of Bo' thoughts, especially his economic thoughts, has an important meaning to understanding and summarizing the economic development of China, meanwhile, it provides reference and guidance for the construction of Chinese characteristics economy socialism.Based on the guidance of the dialectical materialism and historical materialism research methods, comprehensive using of history, sociology, economics, and other disciplines research method, analyzing and discussing Bo' economic thoughts in three aspects from 1949 to 1956. The article is divided into five parts:The first part systematically describes Po' first try of the economic thoughts before the founding through the practice of his job in the of border region Shansi-hebei-shandong-henan and Huabei bureau. Explaining the economic thoughts behind through analyzing the process of the formation and development of economic Bo' thoughts.The third to fifth part is the key in this paper, It expounds Bo' main economic thoughts in founding. Firstly, it expounds Bo' ideas in protection and development of productivity through protecting national industry and commerce, saving the rich-peasant economy and protecting and developing people's production enthusiasm. Secondly, it expounds the development in proportion and comprehensive balance thought through correctly handling, several important relationships in economic work and insisting on comprehensive balance in founding. Finally, it expounds Bo' fiscal ideas through both quantity and amount into a financial outlook, accumulating wealth with use and objecting to mild inflation theory. This article mainly explains Bo' economic ideas from 1949 to 1956 through the protection and development of the productive forces, insisting in proportion to development and comprehensive balance and measured and quantity of the consideration financial thought. The fifth part mainly expounds the significance of Bo' economic ideas and the enlightenment of today's socialist economic construction. To a certain extent, Bo' economic thought enrich and develop Mao zedong thought and deng xiaoping theory. It sums up the important enlightenment of the Bo' economic ideas for the continued development of Chinese socialist economy.This paper systematically analyses Bo' economic ideas from1949 to 1956 based on the existing results for reference. As the results of exploring China's social and economic development, Po' economic thoughts is the important constituent of Marxist theory, it will take an actively role in promoting socialist economic construction and promote China's economic system reform and accelerating economic civilization construction process.The innovation of this paper is analyzed and integrated Bo' economic activities effectively and summarized its main economic thoughts and analyzed and researched the historical significance of Bo' economic thoughts.
