From the 1950s to now, our country's teaching Chinese as a foreign language has made great strides in development, especially since the 1980s, very quickly, reflected in the foreign Chinese character teaching, the biggest progress is sprung up large independent foreign characters textbooks, roughly can satisfy the need of foreign teaching. But these textbooks, due to its totality, so it's a in content and form, between each other in arrangement is larger, and because their own particularity of the Chinese characters, in particular how to select these textbooks, will give users cause great trouble.In teaching Chinese as a foreign language practice, often have the students asked the teacher recommended "real practical" foreign Chinese textbooks for their after-school self-study added; Have students reflect textbooks simply cannot stimulate their interest in learning. In order to improve the teaching material quality, experts and scholars of teaching theory, through the theory of learning theory and teaching materials, through continuous research evaluates materials for teaching material and so on many kinds of ways to make development and perfection of guidance. But, learners for current textbooks still hold discontent, investigates its reason, I think, for teaching material is mainly textbooks writers-learners attention users still not enough. Textbooks users learning objective different, they to teaching material's requirements are different.This article application modern construction doctrine learning theory, to learning who for Center, application science of textbook assessment index system, from teaching target, and Chinese characters teaching content, and Chinese characters literacy method, and teaching material of expression and teaching material rendering five a aspects, is divided into teaching object, and teaching target, and strokes, and strokes, and part, and Chinese character's knowledge, and exercises, and literacy method, and foreign interpretation, and textbook language binding design, total 20 small item on currently common of several version of primary external Chinese characters literacy textbook from Chinese characters teaching content to textbook arrangement form, for comprehensive comparison, and assessment, objective to reflect current external Chinese characters textbook exists insufficient of Department, respectively performance for three a aspects:a is reference learning advanced science theory comparison slow, second is external Chinese characters textbook lack systematic overall of design, three is lack for different country of personality textbook, and on future external Chinese characters textbook arrangement to out corresponding recommendations. Hope on the teaching and teacher education as a course or a study group in the selecting teaching materials, teachers in practical teaching to choose textbooks or adjustment, helps, but also advantages in favor of textbook writers to absorb existing teaching materials, to develop better teaching materials, and so on.
