With the development of multimedia teaching technology,the mode of remote interaction have come into use to teach Chinese language on the iusse of TCFL in multiple countries and regions.Under the remote interactive teaching mode,the Confucius College of University of Kansas has established a multi-media material sharing material library and got deliverable phase by phase.It is worthy in our research field.In order to provide more pieces of constructive suggestion for the multimedia material library,I will record the design of teaching multimedia material library and feedback for the useing effect on the class.The first chapter presents the research summary for the currently modren educational technology and the construction of multimedia material library.The second chapter presents the research summary for the construction of multimedia material library.Under the constructivism and direction for the theory of modern educational technology we should insist on developing and using multimedia material sharing library.The third chapter presents the standard,principle and function for the construction at the Confucius Institute of University of Kansas(blackboard).The construction should adhere to the scientificity and veracity.The material needs to be filtrated according to the American 5C foreign language teaching standard.Secondly,the construction of material library should adhere to the principle of modularization and systematization,the inner structure of the whole multimedia material library is composed of different classed sub director and module material.Finally,on the process of constructing the multimedia material library,it should adhere to the principle of standardization and normalization.According to the principle of constructivism,the designers need to select the material content carefully and devote themselves to using more real circumstances which bases on the different background of student.In the fourth chapter,we record and analyze the teaching cases based on multimedia material library in distance education mode,discussing the advantages and disadvantages.The construction of multimedia material library can improve the effectiveness of teaching material management,.It will increase the interest of the classroom,and arouse the enthusiasm of the students.Although there are many obvious advantages of multimedia material library,it has some shortcomings in its application.The fifth chapter puts forward specific suggestions for the improvement of multimedia material library.The content of multimedia material library should be updated for the effectiveness.The exercises should be designed more diversified.To sum up,the construction of multimedia material library is a dynamic,constantly updated and perfect process.At present,it has not been studied on the teaching effect of multimedia material sharing library.How to design the most suitable material library is the focus of this paper.The establishment of Multimedia Library for TCFL can save the teaching materials systematically and realize the sharing of teaching resources.The study of the multimedia material library enriches the research scope of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The application of it also provides more suggestions for the development of the Internet in the Internet.
