From The Historical Imagination To The Day-to-day Narrative

As a writer keeps on improving and learning written skills, Bi Feiyu has being experienced choice and combination of written methods in pursuit of literature aesthetics and narrative tactic styles. With his written skills more and more mature, Bi Feiyu has built up his own daily and realistic characters of novels, and established his himself remarkable status in the field of contemporary Chinese literary. Choosing the improvement and change of Bi Feiyu's written styles as viewpoints, with the way of close reading, the essay is mainly based on periods of Bi Feiyu's written styles, which includes three parts, "the avant-garde narration", "transition between the avant-garde and realistic literature" and "the daily realistic composition". Standing on the point which is about choice and combination between west resource and Chinese experience, this essay tries to study Bi Feiyu's written concept and aesthetic pursuit in each period, and then sum up Bi Feiyu's modernistic written style combining with Chinese characters.
