Taking the students of medium vocational school as the target aspect,using Adolesent Student Burnout Inventory,Simplified Coping Modes Questionnaire,Adolesent Student Life Satisfaction Scales.This study tries to know the condition of learning-burnout among the students of medium vocational school,find out the relationship among learning-burnout,coping styles,subjective well-being and how coping styles, subjective well-being have influenced on learning-burnout.The results show that:1. The learning-burnout of the students of medium vocational school is in the middle-downer level. There are significant differences between the students in difference grades, students in grade 2 get the highest score, students in grade 3 get the lowest score; There are significant differences between male and female in exhaustion,the male students get higher score than that of female students. There are significant differences between male and female in learning cynicism,the male students get higher score than that of female students. There are significant differences between difference grades in learning cynicism, students in grade 1 get the highest score, students in grade 3 get the lowest score. There are significant differences between difference grades in reduced efficacy, students in grade 2 get the highest score, students in grade 3 get the lowest score.2. There are significant differences between difference grades in positive coping styles, students in grade 3 get the highest score, students in grade 2 get the lowest score.There are significant differences between difference grades in negative coping styles,students in grade 1 get the highest score, students in grade 2 get the lowest score.3. There are significant differences between difference grades in subjective well-beings, friendship satisfaction, academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction., school satisfaction, environment satisfaction; students in grade 3 get the highest score, and students in grade 2 get the lowest score in subjective well-being, friendship satisfaction, academic satisfaction, school satisfaction, environment satisfaction; students in grade 3 get the highest score and students in grade 1 get the lowest score in freedom satisfaction. There are significant differences between male and female in school satisfaction, environment satisfaction, the female students get higher score than that of male students.4. Positive coping styles with learning-burnout, learning cynicism and reduced efficacy exist in a negative relation. Negative coping styles with learning-burnout, exhaustion, learning cynicism exist in a positive relation.5. Learning-burnout, learning cynicism, reduced efficacy with subjective well-being, friendship satisfaction, academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction environment satisfaction exist in a negative relation. Exhaustion with subjective well-beings academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, environment satisfaction exist in a negative relation.6. Positive coping styles with subjective well-being, friendship satisfaction, family satisfaction, academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, environment satisfaction exist in a positive relation. Negative coping styles with subjective well-beings academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, environment satisfaction exist in a negative relation.7. Well-being, friendship satisfaction, academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction school satisfaction, environment satisfaction, positive coping styles negative coping styles can forecast learning-burnout.well-being, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction environment satisfaction, negative coping styles can forecast exhaustion.Well-being, academic satisfaction, freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, environment satisfaction, positive coping styles and negative coping styles can forecast learning cynicism.Well-being, friendship satisfaction, family satisfaction,freedom satisfaction, school satisfaction, environment satisfaction, positive coping styles can forecast reduced efficacy.
