Gabriel Gareia Marquez is considered to be one of the best-known The Latin American authors of the 20th Century. He won the Nobel Prize for literature in 1982. His most famous work One Hundred Years of Solitude, published in 1867, is said to be the greatest work which review the history of The Latin American. Many scholars from different angles of the works carried out extensive and in-depth study. Researchers generally focus on the study of social criticism about One Hundred Years of Solitude. Most of its research on themes, the work of the characters, style and so on. However, since the eco-criticism since the advent of the twentieth century, ecology has become a popular criticism of the New Criticism, People start from an ecological point of view to re-examine and interpret the classics. This paper attempts to natural ecology, social ecology and eco-spiritual interpretation of the three Hundred Years of Solitude. In the hope that will help deepen the understanding and study of the novel.My paper attempts to explore the Hundred Years of Solitude in the show the natural ecology, social ecology, and spiritual ecology content, Related content through the analysis of these and thinking, contrary, to establish the importance of contemporary ecological consciousness. In the novel, the author describes the town Macondo natural ecology, social ecology and ecological changes in the spirit; I would like to use this novel ecological perspective on the analysis, to express concerns about the ecological crisis and the severe acts of human destruction of the ecological condemned. Directed at the ecological crisis of modern civilization of mankind, that the process of destroying civilization and nature, and destroyed the harmony between man and nature.
