Psychological development in preschool children mainly means the development of cognition, social cognition, language and motion. We think the effective educational intervention will facilitate preschool children抯 psychological development. In this research, guided by the basic theories of preschool children抯 psychological development, by using educational experimental methods and adopting teacher抯 practical teaching experience, we designed a program which could facilitate children抯 active exploration of the world and could facilitate the teacher抯 guidance in education. The program includes instruction theories and operable measures which will accelerate children抯 development of cognition, social cognition, language and motion. The program emphasizes: in order to facilitate preschool children抯 psychological development, teachers in their teaching activities should take rules of children抯 psychological development as the educational foundation, and take full advantages of some factors including children抯 interest, games, elementary knowlege, stategies, interaction with teachers and companions, and the teacher抯 guidance. -6- The key point of this research is working out the educational intervention guiding program,introducing the program to teachers, and ensuring teachers carrying out the program in their teaching activities. The experimental results show that the educational intervention based on preschool children抯 psychological developmental theories could facilitate the development of cognition, social cognition, language and motion in preschool children.
