Objective:Select eight low self-efficacy of college students,as they were increased under the premise of their self-efficacy will,of the eight psychological intervention of college students,to study the establishment of the college students' self-efficacy is related to the subconscious ingredients,verify the meta-cognitive intervention techniques for improving college students' self-efficacy has significant effect.Methods:Experimental design with small sample more than baseline,the use of meta-cognitive intervention techniques for eight clinical standard of college students psychological intervention.During the general self-efficacy scale(GSEC),Liaoning normal university counseling center to form,and target behavior index to the participants,in the case of a change record confirmed that the intervention effect.More than the baseline indicators for general self-efficacy scale(GSEC)total scores and eight subjects the goal of behavior change.Degree of indicators before and after the intervention phase change will illustrate the effect of the intervention.Results:According to the eight students' general self-efficacy scale(GSEC)score,according to the eight students in before,during and after the intervention of the general self-efficacy has increased significantly;According to the eight goals behavior of college students,on the other hand,index records show that eight students in before and after the intervention,its action also significantly change.After consulting the track communication can also be found in the eight students has significant changes in state of life before and after consulting,cut for a period of time are good.Conclusion:The self-efficacy of college students is associated with the subconscious ingredients,individual self-efficacy is gradually formed under the conditioned emotional reflection,find the conditioned emotional reflection behind the self-efficacy,can effective intervention for college students;Meta-cognitive intervention techniques to improve the students' self-efficacy intervention is significant effect;Meta-cognitive intervention technology not only can efficiently improve the self-efficacy of college students,more can teach college students to establish the high self-efficacy,the method of promoting its better learning and life.
