Kant and Crone are the watersheds in the field of human art philosophy. The aesthetic thought of Crc~e is the succession of that of Kant. Taking 'ubjectivity?as the visual angle and the overall development in human aesthetic thought as the background, the dissertation is written according to the theory of Influence Study in Comparative Literature. Not only was the fixed position of aesthetics in their respective philosophical system investigated, but also the differences and similarities of their aesthetic ideas were probed. During the process of comparison between the two formalism 'olored subjective aesthetics, it can be known for sure that both of them hold the belief: art is not an act of utilitarianism , not an act of logic , not an act of morality , and in the aesthetic process ,the perceptual and the rational form an unity and feeling performs a vital function in aesthetics In the comparative study , it was found that both Kant and Cro.e magnify the spread of life-force , the vitality of spirit ,the unity of sense and reason, and the respect for human freedom and dignity . One of the most significant ideas that they have made clear to all is that : as an integral part of human spiritual culture , aesthetics and art will certainly be important pillars , bearing the freedom willed nature of human being.
